text

The cover of the catalogue for the Bauhaus wallpapers presents itself as a mixture of photographic and typographic elements. The cover picture shows a roll of wallpaper that has been unfurled with dynamic impetus, accompanied by lettering that emphasises the word 'Bauhaus'. A silver crystal ball, which reflects a generously proportioned living room in addition to the wallpaper, has been placed on the product itself. There is no doubt that the light and airy room, which represents modern developments in housing, is exactly the right place to hang the famous wallpapers. This fact is confirmed by both press and architects in lettering accentuated in orange.
